Rejuvenation Policies
Gift Certificates:
Gift Certificates are available for any of our services or any monetary amount. Call us for more information.
Cancellation Policy:
We really count on you to be here once you make an appointment with us. If for some reason you cannot keep your appointment, we would appreciate you letting us know within the following requirements:
We require at least 4 hours notice if you have one scheduled appointment and 24 hours notice for two or more same-day appointments . Anything less, we will charge 50% of the service(s) fee. In the event that you do not show up for your appointment, the full service(s) fee will be charged . Exceptions will be made in cases of an emergency.
Out of Town Visitors:
We are happy to book appointments for out of town guests ahead of time. However, a credit card number is required to secure appointments.

Booking Appointments for Friends/Family Members:
It can be a wonderful surprise to book a friend or family member an appointment but in this case, we need a credit card number to secure the appointment slot as you are the one responsible for the appointment. We will not charge the card unless the cancellation policy is broken.
Large Party Bookings:
We would love to accomodate you and your party at Rejuvenation but we will need at least 2 weeks notice to book it and a 25% deposit, along with a credit card number. In addition, we will need at least one week notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your party. If we receive less than one week, the deposit will be forfeited. If you and your party do not show up for your appointments, the full services fee will be charged.

Going West on Egan Drive:
Drive towards the valley on Egan until you come to the Riverside Drive intersection, where you will see a Safeway on the right-hand side. Continue through the Riverside Drive intersection and take the next exit onto Vintage Blvd. Take an immediate left onto Clinton Drive and take a left into the first parking lot where the road starts to curve. Look for the Rejuvenation Salon & Spa sign and go through the door.
Going East on Egan Drive:
Drive towards downtown until you see a Safeway on your left. Get into the turn lane on the left and turn left onto Riverside Drive. Turn left at the first intersection onto Vintage Blvd. Continue on until you reach the second entrance to Clinton Drive(across from Safeway entrance), then turn right at the intersection. Take a left into the parking lot and look for the Rejuvenation Salon & Spa sign and go through the door. |
